Secondly, my friend Nick, whom is dating my friend mentioned above is one of the owners and operators of Poutini's House of Poutine, located on Queen Street West in Toronto. {if you haven't been...go! it's absolutely delicious} He recently teamed up with his brother and two other "super friends" to open a new and unique restaurant also located in Toronto called "Hawker Bar" which is a Singapore Street Food restaurant, influenced by the Hawker stalls of Singapore, where the street food originated. Sound amazing and delicious or what?! You can visit their blog here or follow on twitter @HawkerBar  I have yet to eat at Hawker Bar, but I can only imagine how delicious it will be considering how amazing Poutini's is!

Friday Favorites*

IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! This week went super fast {which is awesome!} Jon finally doesn't have to work on Saturday so we are heading to Canmore and Banff to do some hiking, which I'm so excited about! So I'll have a lot of photos on Monday to show you! And we are going to go hunting for a new apt/house for June, so it's a pretty jammed weekend....! ...Phillip Phillips

So...I honestly have not watched American Idol since maybe the Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood seasons, and the occasional audition episode {because those are hilarious}. But a few weeks ago there was nothing else on and I randomly flipped to this seasons American Idol....and died when Phillip Phillips performed "Hard to Handle" by the Black Crowes on the Top 11 show. He instantly reminded me of Dave Matthews {who... if you don't already know is my husband}. His style, sound, the way he holds his guitar and even the way he stands and presents himself on stage is a spitting image of Dave Matthews. So because of this, I have become obsessed with American Idol! All of the contestants in this season, I think, have amazing voices and talent. But being a musician and passionate about the music and putting the music first is true talent, and in my bias opinion, Phillip should WIN!!*

Impulse Buy!*

Yesterday I went to the mall to buy some new work clothes for spring! I did do that! But I also randomly wondered into Sunglass Hut to see what was new for spring/summer, and found these amazing Tory Burch  sunglasses! I died when I tried them on and totally fell in love!  Needless to say, they were a huge impulse buy yesterday, but one I don't regret at all!

Friday Favorites*

Happy Friday everyone!!!!  What a long week! I have a huge need for a caesar right now, but first...Friday Favorites! Tomorrow I'm heading to the mall to pick up a few cute things for spring...that are versatile enough to wear to work and outside of work..!
